Welcome to MangooHost. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our services including, but not limited to, domain registration, web hosting, VPS hosting, and workflow automation hosting (e.g., n8n). By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
MangooHost is a registered business operating in Ghana (Eastern Region).
1. Services Provided
MangooHost offers various internet-based services including:
- Domain name registration
- Shared web hosting
- VPS hosting
- Managed hosting for automation platforms like n8n
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
2. Payments, Refunds, and Account Suspension
- Recurring Payments: Some services require recurring payments. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only issued if a service that was explicitly advertised was not delivered. If the service was received as described, no refund will be granted.
- If a service is paid for and initial work has begun — such as research, consultation, or information retrieval from the client — and the client decides not to continue, no refund will be provided. However, we may consider refund requests in certain cases at our sole discretion.
- In cases where a refund is approved, MangooHost reserves the right to determine the time frame in which the refund will be processed.
- Overdue Invoices: Unpaid invoices are saved to your account. After 7 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend your services. After 14 days, we may permanently delete your data without further notice.
3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to pay for services as outlined above
- Engaging in prohibited or illegal activity
- Abuse or misuse of our services
We may delete all data associated with a terminated account without liability.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
- Hosting or distributing spam, warez, or adult content
- Engaging in phishing, malware distribution, or hacking
- Using services to disrupt or overload networks or systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice and remove any content that violates these rules. We also reserve the right to share relevant data with law enforcement authorities as required by law.
5. Data Handling & Backups
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless otherwise stated in the service plan.
- Backup Services: Backup availability may depend on the service package selected. Complimentary backups are offered but should not be relied upon as your sole backup solution.
- Data Retention: We are not liable for data loss resulting from account suspension, termination, or system failures.
6. Support
Support is provided primarily via email. We strive to respond in a timely manner but do not guarantee a specific response time. Support is intended for technical issues related to your service only.
7. Third-Party Services
MangooHost uses third-party platforms (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, and cloud infrastructure providers) to deliver certain services. Your use of such services may be subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.
8. n8n Hosting
Our n8n hosting is offered as a managed environment. Please note:
- You are responsible for the workflows and automation you configure.
- We are not liable for errors, automation failures, or loss of data caused by user-created workflows.
- API credentials, tokens, and integrations you configure (e.g., with Google, Slack, etc.) are your responsibility to secure and manage.
- Any abuse of automation features (e.g., sending unsolicited messages or scraping) will result in immediate termination.

10. Modifications
MangooHost reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Eastern Region.
